4. Reseller Program

Reduce Task offers a Reseller Program that allows entrepreneurs to license and resell our AI tools under their own brand. Participation in the Reseller Program is subject to the applicable licensing terms and pricing posted on our platform. Resellers are responsible for their own business operations, compliance, and customer relationships.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Certain features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees associated with your selected plan. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time; refunds, if any, are governed by our refund policy and applicable law. We may change our fees upon reasonable notice.

6. AI-Generated Content

Our Services use artificial intelligence to generate text, images, audio, video, and other content. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before relying on or distributing it. We do not guarantee any specific results from the use of our AI tools.

7. Intellectual Property

Content you create using the Services remains your responsibility; you represent that you have the necessary rights to any content you upload or generate. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reduce Task and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Texas for any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services.
